Physical Training Sessions

1.5hr Physical training Session covering 15min warm-up, 1hr training and 15min cool down. Training will be tailored to the individual's needs and abilities. It will be electronically monitored in a tangible way so you can monitor your session results and progress over time. Training will be in a healthy and safe zone without risk of injury and excessive lactic acid build-up to gain maximum results.

    Paulo Freitag – BioScience, Sports Nutrition, Physical Performance Expert

    Paulo Freitag is a multi-award-winning athlete and bodybuilder as well as a sports nutritionist. Known as The Alkaline Guy, he is Australia’s leading pioneer in peak performance and Alkaline Nutrition.

    At just 18 years of age, he won a scholarship to the US for his javelin throwing, and he eventually competed in the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. He attended Life University in Atlanta Georgia, USA, studying BioScience Sports Nutrition while running his successful e-commerce company. 

    After losing his wife to cancer, Paulo dedicated the rest of his life to helping people around the world enjoy a healthier more vibrant existence. Paulo believes that correcting the acid/alkaline balance of the body can hasten recovery from illness or injury, increase physical vitality and stamina, and improve health, emotional well-being and exercise performance.
